Abstract : The project “Management Strengthining and Stimulus to Social Participation in Health Councils in Federal District through Medicine Students and a Strategic Partnership with Health Family Program Professionals” was developed from June to December 2005 in two stages: Area diagnosis of Areal in Taguatinga-DF and Strategic Planning. The objective was to qualify and increase the councilors partici pation on the Health Council making his action more effective. Several methodologies were used in the project stages. The Fast Partaking Estimative, the Health center 5 Room of Situation data analyses, and the user satisfaction (assessed though questionnaires) were applied during the area diagnosis. The Strategic Planning was a result of the data analysis collected on the diagnosis stage when the main problems were detected as well as propositions for their resolutions were made. The results reveled socio-economic and cultural contrast, defi cient basic attention to health, ineffective education, inadequate pavement and sewage disposal system. The project provides the medicine students an opportunity to get involved in a reality which is a challenge to the social control of public health care policies. |

Abstract : Starting from the concepts of a project and political -pedagogic project, it presents a proposal for its construction based in marks. The suitable marks include: the referencial, the philosophical, the conceptual and the structural. The mark referencial is the starting point, that is to say, the knowledge and critic of the reality; the philosophical mark represents the faiths and the community's values involved in the project; the conceptual mark is represented by the theory or concepts that give support to the proposal; and, finally the structural mark establishes the competences and the profile of the professional to be formed and the methodological option for organization and development of the matters and disciplines. |

Abstract : Este seminário teve apoio institucional da UnB, através do DEX e do CPD da UnB criando um site específico para hospedagem das inscrições e certificações. Dos encaminhamentos deste seminário temos como resultados: a criação da Revista Gestão & Saúde e do Portal Controle Social em Saúde, atualmente hospedado junto ao site do Núcleo de Estudos em Educação e Promoção da Saúde – NESPROM da UnB. Em continuidade este evento foi o embrião para a criação da Revista Gestão & Saúde on line, hospedada no site do NESPROM e da realização de mais três seminários regional nesta mesma temática, sendo que o segundo e terceiro seminário contou com o apoio da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde do Distrito Federal. |

Abstract : One is about a study of qualitative nature that had as an objective identify the understanding that the students of the College of Sciences of health (FS) and Medicine of the UnB has on the Social Control in the Health. It is adopted hypothesis that to little understanding of the of the gradu- ated students concerning the Social Control in the Health rees-echo in its future professional exercise. One was about a study of case that was applied in 1° semester of 2004 with the nursing courses, odontologia, pharmacy, nutrition and medicine where the understanding of these egresses concerning the control social in the health and analyzed the light of the curricular lines of direction was identified finishing with a proposal to subsidize lines of direction of curricular period of training in the advice and conferences of health, with intention to fortify the social control in the health. This study it pointed the importance of a dialogue education, with sights to the awareness on the social con- trol in the formation of the professional futures of health. |

Abstract : This paper presents a theoretical analysis in order to systematize the process of institutionalization of popular education in structures of the federal government of Brazil and in particular the Popular Education and Health in the organizational structure of the Ministry of Health with the aim of critical thinking on the relationship between social movements (civil society) and the Government, especially the process of institutionalization. While the method of construction is intended to use the theoretical framework about the theory of new social movements as a basis for reflection. It stands out as a result of the recognition ability of the political space for dialogue between government and civil society, pointing to the need for new ways to establish this relationship and a reflection of popular education, in addition to the methodological perspective is the potential to strengthen democracy that represents a matrix capable of directing political and educational participation in health. |

Abstract : T his report discusses the academic process of construc- tion, implementation and evaluation of an undergraduate course centered on the teaching-leraning process of the theme of social control in health. It describes the planning of contents, methodologies and evaluation process expe- rienced by students from different undergraduate course of the University of Brasilia. The emphasis is centered on the evaluation process within the formative approach and followed the evaluation model implemented by the univer- sity. The conclusions point out for the necessary commit- ment linked to future changes, taking as a base a prospec- tive looking, offering theoretical-practical information for review or construction of new courses and references to decision making process. These positions are important to improving the academic process, and in this context, con- tribute for the expansion programs of professional distance education. |

Abstract : Este projeto deu continuidade ao processo de Educação Permanente para qualificação do Controle Social no Distrito Federal. Constitui uma parceria entre a Fundação de Ensino e Pesquisa em Ciências da Saúde-Fepecs, o Conselho de Saúde o Distrito Federal -CSDF e o Núcleo de Estudos em Educação e Promoção da Saúde-Nesprom/CEAM/UnB, com financiamento do Ministério da Saúde. Foi realizado através de três seminários regionalizados e sete oficinas de aprofundamento de temas pertinentes ao Controle Social. Para a realização das oficinas foi necessária a capacitação de Conselheiros de Saúde para atuarem como instrutores em atividades educativas destinadas ao fortalecimento do controle social em saúde no Distrito Federal. |
